Mailing lists hosted at stonejongleux.com are provided on a volunteer basis to members of communities to which I belong. There is no cost to subscribe and no guaranteed level of service. Lists can be terminated at any time with or without warning. Support is by e-mail to the list owner address and will be provided as time and workload permits. Subscribers may have posting privileges revoked or be banned from subscribing at any time for any reason (some lists do not permit subscribers to post at any time). Subscribing to a list and then reporting list mail as SPAM to your provider will result in an immediate server-level ban of that subscriber on the mail server supporting these mailing lists. By subscribing to any of these lists, you warrant that the content of the lists, terms of service, and privacy policy are acceptable to you, your service provider, and any government regulating your service.
That all said, just behave responsibly.
The only information collected is your e-mail address and, should you provide it, your name. Providing your e-mail address is mandarory since what's the point of subscribing to a mailing list if you don't. Officially, by subscribing to a list on my server, I can do anything I want with your address. I say that because this is a volunteer effort and why would I want to promise something when this is a free service. Unofficially, I have no intention of doing anything with your address except send you the e-mails you want from the list.
No further information on this privacy policy is available. If this policy is not acceptable to you, do not subscribe.
